Mission

Elma Bartlett and Dr Annemarié Naudé merged their respective knowledge and experience in 2010 to offer a wealth of therapy and employee assistance services. Barnau Consultants' mission is to guide individuals, groups and corporates in optimal functioning, wellbeing, and resilience. Barnau Consultants is a small niche company that can cater to an organization’s specific needs, but both Elma Bartlett and Annemarié Naudé also have a network of professional psychologists and social workers with many years of experience that they can utilise when necessary. They develop and motivate through supportive guidance, therapy and wellness programmes.

Our Core Business is:

• Providing employee assistance services to corporate companies through our life and business coaching as well as specialised counselling services.
• Supporting and equipping individuals or groups to deal with trauma, loss, depression, and bereavement.
• Coaching individuals and groups in developing resilience and to experience wellbeing in their work and personal lives.
• Empowering families to have quality family relationships through parental programmes or individual therapy.
• Strengthening marital relationships and enabling couples to have better communication, conflict, and stress management skills.
